We had intended to walk to our 'Convenient' Hotel, which had appeared to be right next to the airport.

Unfortunately the hotel was actually a 5-10 min drive from the airport...once the taxi driver had randomly pulled over to ask his extra friendily friend directions! Typically once we got to the hotel, they didn't have any details of our reservation! We think were staying for free, everything had been booked on-line- or so we thought- but upon checking my e-mail on arrival they said they were fully booked..the receptionist took the literal meaning as confirmation we had fully booked rather than they were full. We hope the other people on the list had a room to sleep in!

Its cloudy and quite humind and were now waiting for our taxi so we can go back to the airport and onto Ko Samui.
